The Customer's luggage and property is transported as an accommodation to the customer. Upon receipt of products or services, the Customer herby indemnifies and holds harmless HotRods Power PubCrawls, HotRodsPPC.com, its agents, employees and representatives from and for any and all claims relating to lost, damaged, or stolen luggage and personal property.
All cancellations must be
received at least 48 business hours before the start of the event.
Registration refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail
(cancellations@hotrodsppc.com).
No
refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds
will be issued in the same form payment was made.
Customers may demand refunds after an event; should said customer be requesting a refund due to conditions not in HotRodsPPC.com's or HotRods Power PubCrawls' control, a refund will not be issued. An alternate solution may be presented and accepted by both parties. Please allow two weeks for any valid refund processing, after any subsequent investigations are made. HOTRODSPPC.COM and HOTRODS POWER PUBCRAWLS will not be held accountable for the actions of others. This includes, but is not limited to transports, venues, or other customers. We reserve the right to deny any and all refunds. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The material (text, pictures, sounds and JPEG / QuickTime / SGI-movies) on this site, HotRodsPPC.com, is provided solely for your personal use. In most cases, this material is provided by our volunteers and we are not made aware of the originating source. The quality of any material in comparison to the original is relatively low and therefore there is no financial loss to the owners of any copyrights.
